FREE-JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL (JCPS) PHYSICAL & IMMUNIZATION CLINICS
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY
Jefferson County Public Schools will be conducting FREE walk-in clinics for JCPS students and new staff, held at various locations across the city-just report to one of the sites listed below. Completed parental consent forms are required for both physical and vaccines before services can be provided.
